AVK resilient seat gate valve PN16 OS&Y with handwheel
AVK gate valves are designed with built-in safety in every detail. The wedge is fully vulcanized with AVK’s own drinking water approved EPDM rubber compound. It features an outstanding durability due to the ability of the rubber to regain its original shape, the double bonding vulcanization process and the sturdy wedge design. The triple safety stem sealing system, the high strength stem and the thorough corrosion protection safeguard the valves unmatched reliability.
Flanged gate valve, short face-to-face, OS&Y with handwheel, for drinking water and neutral liquids to max. 70°C.
For AS/NZS 4020 compliance, max temp 40°C.

Use AVK 570/96 series resilient seat gate valve made in accordance with AS/NZS 2638.2. Valve shall be a gate type with OS&Y stem with a soft rubber coated wedge, designed for installation in water supply systems to enable isolation of separate lines for maintenance or repair. It shall be suitable for drinking water or other neutral fluids and shall be Activfire SSL Listed.
